How it works
A typical visit
No shop drop-off. No waiting on hold with a big-box store. We sit with you until the thing you wanted to do actually works.
- 1
You call or send a note
Share the town, the device (or “I am not sure”), and what you want to do. A son or daughter can book for a parent. We will suggest a time, often within a few days — sooner for scams and lockouts.
- 2
We come to the house
Most visits are 60–90 minutes at the kitchen table. Bring the computer, phone, tablet, and any paper with passwords if you have it. We will not judge a messy desk.
- 3
We work at your pace
We explain in everyday words. You can stop us and ask again. If you want to practice FaceTime three times, we practice FaceTime three times.
- 4
You keep a written recap
Before we leave, you get a simple note: what we changed, where to find it, and who to call. If a family member booked, we can email or text them the same recap.
Pricing
We charge a clear hourly rate and tell you the likely time before we start. No surprise add-ons. The first visit includes the written recap. Call (617) 459-8785 for current rates and availability.
